All returns must be within 14 days from receipt.
Please return in original shipping carton if possible.
Apparel:
84 Lumber apparel may be returned due to manufacturers defect, wrong or damaged shipment, or exchange of sizes.
For all apparel returns, items must be returned as shipped, non laundered condition.
If return is due to manufacturers defect or shipment problem, please call Tammy at St. Andrews Products at (800)-628-9922 EXT. 570 to set up a no charge return for full credit or replacement.
If the return is for an exchange of sizes, customer is responsible for all freight charges, including freight on the replacement apparel. Please contact Tammy at (800)-628-9922 EXT. 570 to obtain a Return Authorization Number and to set up a correct size replacement. A new order will be placed for correct sizes and credit will be issued on the original order once the product is received and passes quality control.
Non Apparel:
